About us
About the farm
We are the first farm in Setagaya Ward to grow strawberries in a hygienic environment that uses an elevated cultivation system.
Unlike conventional growing in soil, we grow our strawberries at a height that is easy to reach and pick, so you can comfortably enjoy these delights without needing to bend down.
We are committed to growing with as few synthetic chemicals as possible by preparing an environment resistant to insects and disease, using ultraviolet lamps, carbon dioxide gas, natural enemies to pests, and food-derived agents.
Our main variety is the juicy and chewy Beni Hoppe strawberries, which have a good balance of sweetness and sourness.
This variety is a popular choice when growing in elevated spots.
Since 2021, we have also started growing Yotsuboshi strawberries.

I plan to spend my life perfecting the farm as my own work of art.
I want the time spent here to be unique for our visitors.
When I thought about how we could fill not only people's bellies but also their hearts, I realized that art was indispensable.
Of course, it's a given that our strawberries need to be of excellent quality.
It's not just about satisfying people with something to eat.
If I were to say why people go strawberry picking, I would say that the number one reason is to satisfy something emotional.
So I began by creating our own website, designing promotional items such as banners, and creating visual artwork to display in the greenhouses, as well as original music for the farm.
Ultimately, I cannot be sure how my farm will turn out, but I hope it will be a unique and enjoyable place that does not exist anywhere else in the world.
